• Phase One: Begins December 15, 2024, and extends to June 8, 2025, focusing on core infrastructure development. 

• Phase Two: Runs from June 10, 2025, to December 2025, scaling operational capacity and energy output. 

• Phase Three: Culminates by March 2026, bringing the project to full operational capacity. 

The farm will operate with a 25-year warranty, leveraging cutting-edge, long-life batteries that ensure energy storage sustainability. These batteries are designed to withstand New Jersey’s diverse weather conditions, offering reliable energy storage while significantly reducing maintenance costs over time.
